The kitchen is equipped to a very high standard so that whatever you are cooking, from a full roast dinner to making fresh cupcakes for the children, you'll find everything you need.
On arrival a delightful welcome tray awaits you so that you can enjoy that freshly brewed coffee or tea with a Welsh cake without unpacking a thing. A bowl of fresh fruit is also provided and, if you want to skip the hot drinks, you'll find complimentary chilled wine and nibbles to start your holiday on the right note.

Lounge |
| This comfortable, tastefully decorated room with leather suite will be the perfect place to relax at the end of an active day. Another light and airy room by day with lamps and dimmer spotlights to create exactly the right atmosphere for your cosy night in. The flat screen TV benefits from remote control, SKY and a selection of DVDs and CDs are left for your entertainment. The beautiful fireplace houses a gas 'living flame' fire - a real fire without all the work - your fire is lit in seconds and is safely out when you're ready for bed. A box of family games eg. monopoly, will ensure quality, fun time with your family when not at the beach! You will also find a folder of attractions, activities and places of interest to visit in Pembrokeshire, as well as books on coastal walks and historical information. There are French doors leading to the rear garden. |

A really sunny, relaxing room off the lounge with comfortable seating for 6. Perfect for coffee or pre-dinner drinks - a room that is a pleasure to use all year round. A stereo system with a selection of CDs makes this an ideal room for listening to music or catching up on the local news and events on 'Radio Pembrokeshire'. Lamps and wall lamps create soft lighting for the evenings. French doors lead to the patio outside and you'll find an attractive patio set that seats 6 where you can enjoy the afternoon/evening sun eating your freshly barbecued local fish/meat. In the winter, when the leaves have fallen from the trees, you can see the sea through the coastal path woodland that is adjacent to the property. |

Dining Room |
| On those nights when you decide to eat in, this modernly furnished Dining Room provides a very comfortable setting. You can adjust the lighting by dimmer switch or eat by lamplight or candlelight. It is also a useful room for accessing the internet if anyone has to catch up with emails/work when away from home. There is Broadband Wi-Fi connection for your convenience. |

Also on the ground floor there is an attractive entrance hall where coats can be hung and a shoe rack is available for your walking boots/beach sandals. There is a downstairs loo, an understairs cupboard with vacuum cleaner, etc and a small cloakroom for extra coats and storage of personal items.
The compact grounds are enclosed by walls and Pembrokeshire hedging and there are lawned areas on three sides of the property. A sturdy rotary washing line allows you to dry your washing/wetsuits and the garden hose is very useful for hosing down the children after a day at the beach! The garage has a remote opening door and provides further storage for beach items, etc. There is parking for 2 vehicles - one in the garage and the other immediately outside the garage.

Similar to the Ensuite Bathroom, this room is conveniently situated next to the Double Bedroom. It is completely tiled and spotlessly clean, with a shower over the bath. High quality throughout with towel rail that heats twice a day to keep your towels warm and dry. We also leave plenty of spare towels in the airing cupboard for that extra feel of luxury. When you need to take towels to the beach or swimming pool, there are large beach towels for your use also left in the airing cupboard. |

Master Bedroom |
| This delightful room with views over the open countryside is well-proportioned and features a very comfortable, quality King size bed. The bed is made up for your arrival with crisp Egyptian cotton bed linen on fresh, good quality duvet and pillows. Soft, feather pillows are stowed in the fitted wardrobes should you prefer this option. All this is inducive to a luxurious night's sleep. The room also has a flat screen colour TV mounted on the wall with remote control. SKY can be accessed from the lounge TV. The bedroom furniture is all of good quality and there is ample storage in the fitted wardrobes. A hairdryer is left for your use and white cotton bathrobes are provided for your comfort. Bedside lamps and dimmer spotlights allow you to chose your preferred lighting. Chocolates will be left for your arrival. |

This fully tiled bathroom is spotlessly clean with shower over the bath and glass screen. Quality fittings and suite provide that extra bit of luxury and you will find complimentary soaps, shampoo and shower gels for your stay. | The Double Bedroom is to the rear of the house and overlooks rolling countryside. It is also tastefully furnished and again benefits from fresh, good quality duvet and pillows with the bed being made up for your arrival with crisp, white Egyptian cotton bed linen. White cotton bathrobes will be found in the fitted wardrobes. |

This room can be a fun, children's room or, with different bed linen and accessories, a more sophistocated, grown up bedroom. Seen here with it's brightly coloured seaside bed linen, this room has blackout blinds so that children can get to sleep easily even on the longest day of the year! A selection of children's books will make bedtimes a pleasure. Please let us know if the room is to be used by adults so that we can change the whole feel of the room. The two beds can be pushed together if required. |
